In Duc Linh district of Binh Thuan province, with a land fund of over 500 hectares. Nam Ha – Duc Linh Co., Ltd. owns 2 industrial parks located next to each other: Nam Ha 1 Industrial Park with 70,4 hectares and Nam Ha 2 Industrial Park with 74 hectares. In Nam Ha 1 Industrial Park, the company has signed a 50-year lease contract with Fengtay Group of America and Taiwan, specializing in manufacturing and processing shoes for the world famous shoe brand like Nike, Solomon and Columbia, etc. and creating jobs for more than 35,000 local workers. In addition, Nam Ha 2 Industrial Park with an area of 74.1 hectares has completed its infrastructure and is ready for lease. Besides developing and managing 2 industrial parks, Nam Ha – Duc Linh Company Limited also develops, constructs and manages 3 residential areas: Nam Ha 1, Nam Ha 2 and Nam Ha 3 to provide accommodation for workers coming and working in Nam Ha Industrial Parks.

In particular, each residential area has amenities such as markets, kindergartens, and medical stations (signed a contract with Taiwan’s Shingmark University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital to provide better health care for local people and workers), ATM machines, green parks, sports centers (2 football fields, 2 tennis courts, 2 badminton courts, 1 swimming pool, 1 basketball court) to serve entertainment needs. Nevertheless, we also have concrete factory and brick factory, trucks of conrete pump, concrete transport trucks and transportation trucks to serve immediate construction needs when customers want to invest and build factories on our industrial land.
